IACUC@lifesci.ucsb.edu with the following information:
- Your name
- Your preferred email address
- Your UCSBnetID (if you have one)
If you will be working under the supervision of one or more researchers, include their names as well.
If you are not currently affiliated with UCSB, please mention this in your email.
